Shipping / Return Policy

At Sienna Roe, we want you to love your purchase—but if it’s not a match, we’re here to help. We accept returns for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only. No refunds will be issued. 

If you need to start a return, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order to start a return inquiry. Shop@siennaroe.com 

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be returned within 14 Business days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. 

  • Accessories, sale items, and final-sale pieces are non-returnable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email in the form of a digital gift card. If we are unable to accept your item for exchange due to item being damaged or worn, we will mail the item back, at customers expense.

  • We will contact you via email to let you know when your store credit has been issued. 

Store Credit:
Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

We will ship all orders within 2 business days of them being received. All orders are shipped via USPS, unless noted otherwise.
